The restaurant offers a Mediterranean market cuisine, gastronomically elaborated with high quality products and a variety of farm to table seasonal herbs, vegetables and fruits. Wild fish, seafood and meat with designation of origin are joined with the freshness of their garden grown vegetables.
Pau Barba, the Executive chef, was trained in Abac (** 2 Michelin Star), Les Cols (** 2 Michelin Star), Hermanos Torres (* 1 Michelin Star) and for the last three years before opening the restaurant at Can Domo, Pau led the team at Lio’s Ibiza as Executive Head chef.
